If you’re looking for the best performance throughout your home, then ducted air conditioning is the way to go. You get accurate temperature controls, being able to heat and cool every room in the house to keep and more easily maintain that temperature. With our modern systems, you can even alter which rooms allow the air conditioning to flow to, and individually set the room’s zone to suit your preference.

For apartments and houses where you typically only need air conditioning in a single room, split systems are an efficient and cost-effective solution. If you think that you’d eventually need a split system in each room of the house or would have multiple running at the same time, you’d probably be better off long-term with the ducted system.

Evaporative air conditioning is the most economical way to cool a larger home both in terms of the installation, maintenance and running costs. However, it does not provide any heating functionality and it can sometimes struggle when temperatures get into the high 30’s.

We typically install most ducted and evaporative systems within a single day on most sigle-storey homes.

For split systems, it only takes a couple of hours to install a single unit on a ground floor.

We normally need access inside the property as we’re installing vents into the ceiling plasterboard and fixing your control panel, otherwise we are mostly working in your roof space.

Installing air conditioning is typically not a messy job. When installing the vents for a ducted system in each room, there is usually some dust from the plasterboard and some debris (usually insulation material) from the ceiling that comes down, or with split systems we do need to drill through the wall in order to get the tubes and cables through the AC unit on the other side.

We always clean up after ourselves, so that when we leave there is absolutely nothing for you to do other than enjoy the comfort of your new system.

Whilst we are based in Joondalup and typically do most of our jobs locally in the Northern Suburbs of Perth, we can provide air conditioning installations anywhere in the Perth metropolitan area.

Due to the smaller margins with repair and maintenance work, we do typically restrict ourselves to the northern suburbs of Perth.
